For the debut video for her new album, artist / director Billie Eilish wanted to create a powerful, moving piece that spoke from the heart and had visuals to match. Cinematographer Chris Ripley worked in tandem with our Drone Dudes team to design the nearly 90 second long opening shot to the video - a 1500 foot drone move, starting as a wide of the mountainside and ending on a medium of the artist as she delivers the first lines of the song. This project was shot on Arri Alexa Mini and Cooke lenses, flown underneath our Alta X aircraft.
